Community Health Online Digital Archive Research Resource (CHODARR)

CHODARR is a permanent, catalogued and publicly accessible online digital archive of research materials related to health and social welfare, with an emphasis on housing, gender, aboriginal issues, HIV and mental health. The goal of CHODARR is to improve health and social welfare research and advocacy by providing researchers and social justice advocates a resource to share and preserve their research products. This project results from an ongoing partnership between community groups and academic researchers. Please send your comments to us.

Note: In addition to the goals stated above, CHODARR strives to not create simply an information archive, but a historical one as well. Because of this, documents may contain information that is outdated or inaccurate (i.e. – contact information, government policies or certain scientific findings).

With all materials in the CHODARR archive, copyright remains with the author(s). However, CHODARR perceives that a community or group owns information collectively in the same way that an individual author owns information; therefore, it acknowledges collective authorship and collective ownership where appropriate.
